SONATA 2
The perfect balance!
Pilot Profile:
Because of the higher safety level it can afford a very big extended weight range to offer the pilot or the school more options. The covered lines make it easier for not so experienced pilots. A MUST HAVE for a modern wing in that class. It is designed to be used for the very first flights on the training hill for normally talented students. Also suitable for paramotoring. The SONATA 2 by PHI is a mid-A class paraglider that combines an extremely high safety level with impressive performance. It features a flat aspect ratio of 4.72 and 40 cells. The structural design uses 3 main lines and plenty of diagonal fingers to improve structural stiffness and roll stability. The intake shape and airfoils were redesigned with new rods on the top and bottom of the leading edge for excellent inflation during take-off. Made from Porcher Skytex 38 and Easyfly canopy materials, combined with PPSLS 180 (SK99) main lines for durability and performance. It is well suited for basic schooling and also paramotoring.
